ECNL

The Portland Thorns FC Academy players in the U13-U19 level play in the ECNL. They play up to 20 games against teams in the ECNL Northwest Conference.

Player Identification

In addition to League Games, teams will participate in select ECNL National Events, based on their age group. PRE-ECNL

Launched in the 2020/21 season, the Portland Thorns Pre-ECNL, part of the Portland Thorns FC Academy Program, initially served U-11 & U-12 players. From 2024, it expands to include a U-10 team for the 2024/25 season and beyond, offering year-round development and training for players aiming to join the Portland Thorns FC Academy.

- Summer months will consist of team training and local plus regional tournaments
- Fall & Spring months will include competitive games against top girls & boys teams and training 2/3x per week
- Winter Futsal league with games on Saturday and Sunday and team training 2/3x per week
