Mackenzie Wood

As a new addition to the club, Wood was acquired on loan from Chicago Stars in 2026.

Wood played outstandingly for Northwestern University (2018-21) and University of Notre Dame (2022) during her years in college. As a Wildcat, Wood made 67 appearances and 67 starts. Her commanding presence allowed her to record 17 shutouts and 258 saves. In just her first season, she earned Big Ten All-Freshman Team and Northwestern Women’s Soccer MVP.

Wood then transferred to Notre Dame, where she continued to be a dominant presence in the goal. Making 18 appearances and 18 starts, she recorded 10 shutouts and 42 saves. In her single season, she was named Third Team All-ACC.
